Returns & Exchanges
At Duchamp, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original Duchamp packaging and include the completed return form inside the box to ensure efficient processing.
Label and Dispatch
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
